• Mini Cup cake papers
• Mini Oreo cookies
• ½ cup shortening
• ½ cup butter, room temperature
• 1 cup brown sugar
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2½ cup flour
• 2 cups of chocolate chips

Beat shortening, butter, sugars and baking soda for 1 minute.

Add eggs and vanilla, Add flour ½ cup at a time. Fold in chocolate chips. Press dough into bottom of cupcake paper (about ⅓ full). Press oreo cookie into dough then cover cookie with rest of dough (¾ full).

Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 350º.
